In case you’ve been eating ramen noodles everyday and swear those little green flakes in the flavoring powder count as a serving of vegetable, you probably already know that antioxidants are really good for you. But didn’t you always wonder which foods packed the most antioxidants for the buck? Well so did a bunch of scientists with fancy instruments and college degrees.
